Every tool needed for confined space rescue, high-angle response, and atmospheric hazard environments is on-site, inspected, and ready before the first permit is signed.

Yes — FCSS technicians are cross-certified in confined space rescue, high-angle rescue, atmospheric hazard response, and patient extraction. Industrial emergencies rarely present as a single hazard type, and our teams are trained and equipped to manage complex, multi-discipline scenarios from a single deployment.

What certifications do your rescue technicians hold?

Our technicians are certified to NFPA 1006 (Rope Rescue & Confined Space), NFPA 350, ANSI Z359, and SPRAT Level I–III as applicable. All are current or former firefighters and technical rescue technicians with 10+ years of experience.

How quickly can you mobilize for a project?

For most projects we can mobilize within 48–72 hours of contract execution. For facilities requiring ongoing or permanent standby coverage, we recommend engaging us 2–4 weeks in advance to complete the site-specific rescue pre-plan, hazard survey, and team assignment.

Do you develop a site-specific rescue pre-plan for every facility?

Yes, always. Before coverage begins, we conduct a facility hazard survey and develop a rescue pre-plan specific to your layout, confined space inventory, elevated work areas, atmospheric hazard profile, and crew configuration. This document is your OSHA-compliant rescue program for the duration of coverage.

Can you support ongoing operations rather than just project-based work?

Absolutely. While many clients engage FCSS for specific projects or shutdowns, we also provide continuous on-site ERT standby for facilities with ongoing high-risk operations. Our teams integrate with your existing safety program and scale with your operational demands.

What documentation do you provide?

We provide a complete documentation package covering the full scope of coverage: entry logs, atmospheric monitoring records, permit copies, hazard survey documentation, and any incident documentation. Everything is audit-ready and formatted for your records.
